Never, Ever Skip a Meal


Skipping a meal is probably the worst thing you could ever do to your muscles…

Skipping a meal slows your metabolism down and puts your body in a catabolic state forcing it to suck on your hard-earned muscles for energy.

Be prepared and don’t commit muscle suicide!

Always have protein bars and bottled watered with you wherever you go. I don’t mean everywhere but at the very least I usually take a bag and leave it in the car if I’m on the go.

Protein bars are also great whenever you don’t have time to cook a meal or sit down for an extended amount of time.

In any case, try not to skip any meals. Your muscles will thank you for it.
