Drinking a half liter of water and using it as a nutritional supplement raises your metabolism by 30% and if you drink that half liter of water between meals it will also prevent you from needlessly snacking away (and ruining your diet) between meals as well.

Most people don't know this but when you're between meals and you start feeling hungry, nine times out of ten you're not hungry you're just thirsty so drink some water instead and get your metabolism revving again! Before running to the vending machine and before charging up your blender with your favorite protein nutritional supplement you want to drink a tall glass of cold water. You want to do this because like I stated above nine times out of ten you're just thirsty and if you're trying to get cut then you don't need the extra calories.

Another little tidbit to remember about water is that even being slightly dehydrated can slow down your metabolism by as much as 2%! That may not seem like a lot but if you've evre had to diet then you know how hard it can be to cut down on calories so use water as a nutritional supplement and make things eaiser on yourself.
